Quality Assurance Commitment

Dartmoor Tree Surgeons is committed to ensuring that all of our customers are fully satisfied with our work, and that our work complies with all health and safety standards, as well as industry best practice. Our health and safety standards are regularly scrutinised as required by The Arboricultural Association as part of their Approved Contractor Scheme, as well as and CHAS; we also hold Trustmark accreditation.

Dartmoor Tree Surgeons Ltd holds Public and Employers Liability Insurance to £5 million and £10 million respectively.

Concerns and Complaints

In the highly unlikely event of you being unsatisfied in any way with any element of our service, you can write to us or send an email. This will be fully reviewed by Graham Joyce and we will always seek to resolve your concerns personally.

By law we are required to inform you that TrustMark provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your dispute.

We have chosen to participate in the TrustMark alternative dispute resolution service, and as such, should you wish to use this service, you must do so by sending an email to: Disputes@TrustMark.org.uk,  by telephoning: 0333 555 0334 or by writing to TrustMark at TrustMark House, 5 Prisma Park, Berrington Way, Basingstoke, Hants, RG24 8GT.
